The Insanity Asylum program is the next installment of the original Insanity exercise and nutrition program. Many of the same great exercises and information comes with the Insanity Asylum program, but they added more “different” exercises (so if your tired of the old routine, here’s a new one!), more powerful research- UPDATED nutritional information, added information derived from research and development.
The team at the Insanity Asylum research and development offices didn’t stop trying to improve the program once it was launched a few years back- they kept doing what they do – learning more and more about the body, nutrition, exercising routines being tightened and stacked (to give you more results in the same exercise space without over complicated exercise routines slowing you down).
If you notice the time compression in this version, you’ll realize where the true power of this installation comes in. The original Insanity exercise program was designed to give you typically 6 months to a year type results in an “insane” 60 days without burning you out- but with working your body into shape none the less (anything worth doing requires some work on your part).
If you’ve read the Insantiy Asylum Reviews you’ll notice they have compressed this 60 days into just 30!!! Imagine working hard, changing your lifestyle, and in 30 days seeing phenomenal results you can brag about! For many, the work involved is not the hard part- it’s seeing some results right away that let them know “it’s working” that keeps them motivated.
If your willing to work hard and give it your all for a measly 30 days- you’ll get your proof and it will be powerful enough to “prove” that it works, and that is what keeps you trying. If the 90 day program sounds great but 90 days sounds like an awful long time to see results- this new 30 day program will help you reach that goal. What you do is try this one for 30 days- really push yourself and follow the routines, change your diet, avoid the bad foods and preservatives/processed foods, drink water and get plenty of fiber- and this program will show you just what your capable of!
Once you complete the 30 day Insanity program you may want to go out and find the 90 day program as you’ll likely be more motivated to give it a real shot this time with the 30 day program under your belt and helping you reach your goals faster and build in powerful motivation at the same time.
The original Insanity program is called simply “Insanity!” if you’r wondering what it’s called. The Insanity Asylum is a second generation program but the principals are the same- just compressed.
By compressed I mean the exercises are better, more efficient, and “stack” routines lowering your work out time (but increasing your work out complexity a tad).
The new generation of Insanity is also updated and packed full of new nutrition recipes, insights, and current information based on research and development in the Insanity group, as well as widely available research (that many aren’t aware is out there) consolidated into one guide and easy to read, understand, and put into practice right away.
The Insanity Asylum workout is both advanced in that it’s a bit harder but results are MUCH more expedient, and that it’s geared towards, in part, sport and physically demanding needs. For example if you play basket ball or football, you will need to work out specific parts of the body in a specific way to build the right muscle groups that will make you a more effective sports professional.
With harder core exercises and targeted stacking technologies (developing more moves into one exercise step is called “stacking”, and it’s both effective and efficient at the same time), and better recuperation steps, more focused nutritional concepts and more- the average user who wants to lose weight and tone up- and the sports professional both can find a great deal of use in this program.
The 30 day program is also based on the idea that habits are formed in 28-35 days. If you put the time in to learn the information, to apply the exercises and diet plans, and stick to them, you will not only see results and feel more powerfully motivated to continue- you will also have built a habit over 30 days that could make this program an automated process for you.
What I mean is that most people consider something “work” when it requires an uphill learning curve or some out of the ordinary workout routines and planning that your not used to. If you power through this correctly- in 30 days, this will be second nature- you won’t even require the exercise videos or the nutrition guides- you will simply “know” and apply these principals by memory, by habit, and by fully comprehending not just what your doing, but why, and how, and what, and when it works, and how effective it is.
Once you power down and learn everything over 30 days, you will still be doing the same work, but your body won’t feel like it’s work, any more than you do things by habit feel like work. Your best bet is to truly get in there for a few day sand read over everything. Truly learn the material, know what it’ means, be able to duplicate it in your life dynamically. At that point the information goes from data on a DVD and in a guide book set- to Wisdom and a SKILL-SET you can use in your entire life- not just in losing weight or getting in shape. The principals are universal to more than just the program. They’ve included a tremendous amount of information here- enough to crystallize a skill set- take advantage of it! The price is incredibly low for what you get!
